Employee of the Month is a light-hearted comedy about Zack, a young guy who lives with his grandmother and works at a warehouse store called Super Club.
He doesn’t really do a lot at his work, just like some of his buddies at work he tries to keep the working to a minimum. But that changes when a beautiful blonde called Amy starts working a Super Club as a cashier. Zack wants to impress her but finds out that she’s more interested in the “Employee of the Month”. This is Vince, the head cashier of the store who has been Employee of the Month for seventeen consecutive months.
To try to win Amy’s heart Zack makes it his goal to become Employee of the Month, but that task turns out to be a little bit harder than he expected..
I didn’t really expect much from this movie but it turned out to be better than I expected. Even though the plot is sometimes plain silly (like who really gives a fuck about cashier’s scanning abilities?) I actually had a good time watching this movie.
I give it a 6.5/10.

I didn’t really like this movie. I think Dane Cook should stick with stand up. I’d give this a 5/10
