Another day at the beach

Today Carmen and I spend half of the day at the beach in Oostende. She participated in the ING Run Oostende - together with hundreds of other people she ran 5 kilometers. I don’t know the exact time but I believe she finished it in about 28 minutes, nice job

It was quite hot today and we spend most of the time before and after the competition on the beach and afterwards we ate french fries.
